1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PubliScope service ("Service") provided by Grok Media Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

PubliScope provides aggregated analytics on publicly available social-platform content, including trend detection, sentiment analysis, engagement summaries and brand-safety signals. The Service is intended for lawful business, editorial, research and public-interest use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• identify, profile, surveil, harass or target individual private persons;
• violate the terms, policies or rights of any third-party platform (including Facebook) or any person;
• attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated data;
• break any applicable law, or use the data for discriminatory purposes;
• resell or redistribute raw platform data.

4. Platform data

The Service processes third-party platform data in accordance with those platforms' terms and developer policies. Your use of any insights derived from platform data must also comply with those terms. We may suspend features if a platform changes its policies or access.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by Grok Media Pvt Ltd and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service subject to these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aggregated insights are provided for information only and should not be the sole basis for legal, financial or safety decisions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grok Media Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law or platform requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data via our Data Deletion page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
