1. Introduction

PubliScope ("PubliScope", "we", "us") is a public-conversation intelligence product operated by Grok Media Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we handle data obtained from third-party platforms such as Facebook, and the choices and rights you have. By using PubliScope you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. When an authorised user signs in (including via Facebook Login), we receive basic profile information such as name, email address and a platform user ID, used only to create and secure the account.
• Publicly available Page content. Through officially permitted platform access, we process content that is already public — public Page posts, captions, public engagement counts (reactions, comments, shares) and public metadata.
• Usage data. Standard technical logs (browser type, IP for security, actions in the dashboard) to operate and protect the service.

3. Platform (Facebook) data

PubliScope uses Facebook Platform data solely to provide aggregated public-conversation analytics. We access public Page content permitted by the applicable platform features and permissions (including Page Public Content Access where granted). Our use of information received from Facebook follows Facebook's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically:

• We access only publicly available Page content and permitted metadata.
• We use it to produce aggregated trends, sentiment and brand-safety signals.
• We do not use platform data to build profiles of, identify, target or contact individual people.
• We do not sell, license or transfer platform data to data brokers or for advertising targeting.

4. How we use information

• To detect topics, trends and momentum across public Pages.
• To compute aggregated sentiment and engagement summaries.
• To generate brand-safety and misinformation early-warning signals.
• To provide dashboards, reports and alerts to authorised users.
• To secure, maintain and improve the service.

5. What we do not do

• We do not build or sell profiles of individual users.
• We do not use public content to identify, surveil, target or contact private individuals.
• We do not sell platform data or share it with data brokers.
• We do not use the data for discriminatory purposes or in violation of platform policies or applicable law.

6. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in providing aggregated public-conversation analytics to organisations, on your consent where you provide it (for example when connecting an account), and on compliance with legal obligations.

7. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers (for example cloud hosting) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

8. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as the account is active. Aggregated analytics are retained only as long as needed for the service and are periodically summarised or deleted. Raw public content used for processing is retained for a limited processing window and then removed or aggregated. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

9. Your rights & data deletion

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. We honour valid requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and loss.

11. Children

PubliScope is a business product not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
